Description:

Graphical tide display is now available on your Apple Watch, iPhone, and iPad devices. The watch app features a tide graph with daily highs and lows, offering the option to select any location configured on the iPhone app. Various watch complications are provided for quick access to tide level and direction on any Apple Watch face. Additionally, users can utilize time travel functionality to view tide levels at different points throughout the day.
On the iPhone, an interactive tide graph can be viewed by switching to landscape mode. Users can then interact with the screen to check tide information within a 24-hour window without requiring a network connection, ensuring accessibility anytime, anywhere.
The latest addition to the app on iPad introduces a monthly tide calendar feature, allowing easy planning of beach activities well in advance. Users can navigate through forthcoming months or look back to check past tide data for beach visit reference.
Powered by the current XTide 2.x codebase, the application now offers an extensive database of U.S. tide locations and currents. Support for current predictions is available for select U.S. locations by enabling currents in the application settings menu. Users also have the flexibility to configure the number of days of tide data displayed, ranging from one to fifteen days.
Enhancements in tide station selection provide users with options to choose stations via map view or a list view categorized by country and state/province.

ShralpTide2 includes a comprehensive array of tide and current data for the United States sourced from NOAA. Currently, NOAA remains the sole provider of current prediction data; thus, current prediction is exclusively available for U.S. locations. While tide station information is accessible for some countries outside the U.S., numerous stations featured in the original ShralpTide are not incorporated into ShralpTide2.
The source code is provided under the GNU General Public License with additional details available on the homepage. It is important to note that this program is not intended for navigation purposes, without any warranty or liability assumed by the author for damages arising from its use or any associated 'harmonics data' distribution.
